Fed-up residents demand action to repair roof
Occupants of the top floor flats say they have been wading through the aftermath of the storms on January 3, which tore part of their roof off, ruining their properties – and even forcing one householder to move out.
Now owners are demanding action from housing association Sanctuary, who factor the building, to resolve the issue.

Hide AdEx-fireman,Eddie Laughlan is one of the top-floor residents. He said: “It took Sanctuary a week to send anyone out after it happened.
“They only carried out a temporary repair – and the water is still coming in.”
But Sanctuary said repairs had been hampered by poor weather.
